I tend to think...Thanks so much for your comments. I tend to think in the future to much and forget to live in the present. That is why I adopted taking it one prep at a time as my mantra. When I first made the move towards unprocessed foods I gave up on item at a time such as salad dressing and started making it myself. Once that became habit I moved to the next change. It was easier for me that way. I did not what to bite off more than I could chew and give up before I even got started. This worked for my family as well. We are on our 6th year of eating REAL. <br />Some people preferre to go cold turkey. If that is your style then go for it. Your grilling tips, for example, focuses on work area and food safety. There might be multiple instructions, but if you take them one at a time, they become more effective.
